DEFINITIONS ;

Scope- All program are customizable

Duration- Monthly Plan- 1,3,6 months

Services provided-( Includes- health assessments, workshops on fitness, nutrition and mental health, Diet plans, Team building challenges, community building, Holistic plans).

“us” or “we” or “our” refers to NPPD, the owner of the Website.

A “Customer” is an individual that has registered with our Website to use our Website’s features. “Customer” may also be referred to as “Client”.

Applicable Taxes

All listed costs are exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes, if any, will be clearly indicated on the invoice. Clients are responsible for remitting taxes in accordance with local regulations.

Billing Cycle:

  • Billing cycles are determined based on the type and duration of the wellness program or service selected. Common billing frequencies include monthly, quarterly, or annually.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

If at some point you pay to use our Website, you represent and warrant that when you make any payments to NPPD for such use:

· You agree to pay the fees at our then-current prices as posted on our website, including any applicable taxes

· You agree to provide true and complete credit information;

· You agree that fee will be honoured by your bank or credit card company; AND

· You agree that if your initial payment method is dishonoured, you will still pay the charges incurred, including any surcharge we may incur due to such dishonoured payment.

· All purchases and reservations made on NPPD are final and non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or request for modification of the reservation, NPPD and the service suppliers are not obliged to honor such requests and the entire amount paid is forfeited by the customer.

Refunds, if any, are provided at the sole discretion of NPPD.

Intellectual Property

At NPPD CARE, we believe in transparency and clarity when it comes to intellectual property within our wellness programs. To provide a clear understanding of ownership, this statement outlines the principles governing materials, documents, and resources shared as part of our wellness programs.

  • All materials, including but not limited to guides, handouts, presentations, and written content provided during the wellness programs, are the exclusive intellectual property of NPPD CARE.

  • Participants in the wellness programs are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the provided materials solely for their personal benefit and in connection with their participation in the program.

  • Participants are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or otherwise sharing the provided materials with third parties without the express written consent of NPPD CARE.

  • Participants may not modify, create derivative works, or alter the provided materials in any way without the prior written consent of NPPD CARE.

  • Tailored Solutions: We believe in addressing individual needs with personalized plans crafted to achieve sustainable results.
  • Community-Centric Approach: Beyond individual well-being, our programs extend to corporations, schools, and colleges, fostering a culture of health and productivity.
  • Any contributions, feedback, or suggestions provided by participants during the course of the wellness programs become the property of NPPD CARE. Participants understand and agree that their contributions may be used to enhance and improve future iterations of the programs.

  • Participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of all program materials, treating them as proprietary information. Unauthorized sharing or distribution is a breach of the terms outlined in this statement.

  • NPPD CARE reserves the right to use anonymized, aggregated data or testimonials provided by participants for marketing and promotional purposes. Any such use will be done in a way that protects the privacy and confidentiality of individual participants.

  • Participants retain ownership of any personal health information, data, or contributions they provide that are not derived from or based on the program materials provided by NPPD CARE.

Privacy Policy:

  • Our Privacy Policy specifies the types of information we collect, which may include personal details, contact information, and any data necessary for the provision of our services. The methods and sources of information collection are also detailed in the policy.

  • Data is collected through google forms or email or phone.

Use of Information:

  • This includes purposes such as providing and improving services, personalizing user experience, and communicating important updates. We adhere to strict principles regarding the lawful and transparent use of your information.

(d) any delay or failure in performance of our Website.

NPPD AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTS, ERRORS, OMISSIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, BREACHES OR NEGLIGENCE OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING THEREFROM. NPPD AND ITS AFFILIATES HAVE NO LIABILITY AND WILL MAKE NO WARRANTY, REFUND, OR OTHER RESTITUTION TO YOU WITH REGARDS TO OUR WEBSITE, OTHER THAN AS SPECIFIED HEREIN, FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DELAYS, CANCELLATIONS, STRIKES, GOVERNMENTAL ISSUES, OR FORCE MAJEURE.

IN NO EVENT WILL NPPD OR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING FOR ANY LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE, EVEN IF NPPD IS AWARE OR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, NPPD’S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO YOUR CEASING USE OF OUR WEBSITE.

Termination:

  • NPPD CARE may terminate the agreement if the client fails to make payment for the wellness program as outlined in the billing terms. Termination due to non-payment will occur after a grace period of 5 days following a written notice of payment delinquency.

  • The wellness program is designed to promote active participation. If a client consistently fails to engage with the program without valid reasons, NPPD CARE may terminate the agreement. Notice of termination in such cases will be provided 3 days in advance.

  • The agreement may be terminated by mutual agreement between NPPD CARE and the client. Both parties will provide written consent to terminate the agreement, specifying the effective termination date.

Dispute Resolution:

Buyer and Seller agree to mediate any dispute or claim arising out of this Agreement, or in any resulting transaction, before resorting to arbitration or court action.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be subject to Indian Laws. That the rights and obligations of the parties under or arising out of this agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the Act and the Rules and Regulations made thereunder including other applicable laws of India for the time being in force.

Updates to Terms and Conditions:

NPPD Reserve the right to update the terms and conditions and inform clients of any changes.
